The PMP exam will use PMI's standards for testing your knowledge on the entire Project Management body of knowledge. It will involved questions on what to do in specific scenarios and what the definition of key terms. A key area that you should study but is often overlooked is the PMP code of professional conduct. 29 questions out of the PMP exam will cover this process area. When the WBS is completed, it should be contain no ambiguity and every team member should have a clear understanding of the deliverables and activities. Historical information is proven, documented and from reliable sources, it can serve as a point of reference or It can come from other previous projects , files or databases Constraints are project restrictions and influence the project plan and can hinder project performance. Start No Earlier Than - the activity should not start earlier than a predetermined date, it can start anytime after the date. one of the most common constraints.
